Information we use
We store your account email, hashed password, creator profile, rates, package prices, saved examples, and activity records. Connecting Gmail stores your mailbox address and encrypted access credentials. Processing a deal stores relevant message text, sender and subject, conversation identifiers, extracted deal details, generated replies and delivery records. Operational logs may include request times, network addresses and errors.
Gmail access and AI processing
Read permission lets us find eligible inquiries, interpret their scope, detect your manual replies and check Sent mail when delivery is uncertain. Send permission lets us reply in the original conversation after you enable negotiation. The app does not delete Gmail messages. Connecting an inbox alone does not enable automatic replies.
The current parsed inquiry and an indication of whether it continues an existing deal are sent to OpenAI to interpret the offer. Your saved minimum rate and Gmail credentials are not included in that AI request. Pricing limits and final send checks run in our application. Requests disable Responses storage, but this does not mean the AI provider retains no data. See OpenAI's API data controls.
Providers and sharing
Our hosting provider, Hetzner, hosts application data. Google provides the mailbox connection. OpenAI processes the inquiry text described above. Stripe handles payments and billing; we store customer/subscription identifiers and credit records, not full card numbers. Account email is used to deliver signup and password-recovery links. Your browser may request fonts from Google Fonts. Providers may process information in countries other than yours.
We use Gmail information for the connected negotiation features you request. We do not sell it, use it for advertising or use it to train a general-purpose AI model. Access for support or troubleshooting must be limited to what is necessary and authorized, or required for security or legal obligations. Other creators cannot access your workspace through their accounts.
Your controls and retention
You can edit your profile and rates, pause replies, disconnect Gmail, and download your saved account data in My setup. Disconnecting revokes Gmail access and removes the saved connection credentials; it does not erase saved conversations or messages already in Gmail. Pausing cannot recall a reply already sent.
Saved account and deal records currently remain until removal is requested and completed. A password-verified deletion request pauses replies and enters manual review; it does not instantly erase data or cancel a subscription. Review may be needed for uncertain deliveries, financial records, disputes and legal retention obligations. Private operational backups may retain prior copies; automatic backup expiry and full self-service erasure are not yet available. We will explain what was removed and what, if anything, remains when responding to your request. Contact us to request access, correction, deletion or restrictions on processing.
Security and changes
We use HTTPS, encrypted Gmail credentials, hashed passwords, private workspace separation and access controls. No service can promise absolute security. We will update this notice when practices change and request additional consent before materially expanding authorized Gmail use.
Launch status
The service is a controlled pilot. Public paid access and general Gmail automation are gated while verification and operational requirements are completed. This notice is not a claim of Google approval or completed security certification.
