Your account and instructions
Use an account and mailbox you are authorized to control. Keep your login private and keep your rates and scope preferences accurate. Do not use the service for spam, impersonation, unlawful activity or unauthorized access to another person's messages.
Automatic replies and creator review
Connecting Gmail and enabling replies are separate actions. When enabled and available, the service can read eligible messages, interpret offers with AI and send nonbinding negotiation replies using your saved rules. AI can make mistakes. You are responsible for checking conversations, reviewing unusual scope and deciding whether to enter an agreement. The tool does not automatically sign contracts or accept final binding offers. No number of deals, revenue or response rate is guaranteed.
You may pause replies or disconnect Gmail. A reply already sent cannot be recalled by pausing. Uncertain delivery is held for review or reconciliation instead of blindly resending.
Plans and credits
Public paid access is not open yet. Account creation does not start a subscription. When available, the Creator plan is USD $29 per month for 100 reply credits per paid billing period. A separate USD $9 purchase adds 50 credits. Checkout displays the applicable total before you pay. No automatic top-up or commission on creator deals is configured.
One credit pays for one confirmed sent AI negotiation reply. Failed generation and review-only results do not consume credits. An uncertain send reserves a credit until its delivery is resolved. Monthly credits expire at the end of their paid billing period. Purchased top-up credits do not expire. Credits are service allowances, not a cash account.
Cancellation and billing help
A subscription renews monthly until cancelled. Manage billing lets you stop renewal at the end of the current billing period. Cancelling does not remove already paid credits before their stated expiry. Pausing replies, disconnecting Gmail or requesting account deletion does not itself cancel renewal; use Manage billing.
Contact us about incorrect charges, refund requests or missing credits. Refunds and disputes may temporarily hold credit use while records are reconciled. These terms do not remove any refund or consumer rights that apply under law.
Data and availability
The privacy notice explains email processing, providers, data export and manual deletion requests. You retain ownership of the content you provide. The service uses that content to carry out the requested features. Saved teaching examples do not automatically train or change the live AI.
The pilot may be paused or changed as testing progresses. Gmail and other provider availability can affect the service. We will not describe general access as available until its release requirements are met.
